Bargaining

Our aggreement, our conditions.

Ours to win, ours to maintain.

We don’t need to tell you that the last two years have been difficult for Deakin Staff. You’re working harder than ever, and earning less. Job insecurity and wage theft are endemic. Meanwhile, Deakin University has posted profits of over 100 million dollars across 2020-2021.

It doesn’t have to be this way. All across the country, university staff are fighting together and winning big through bargaining.

On September 13, the Deakin NTEU Branch served the endorsed log of claims on management to commence to the bargaining process, but to win the best conditions possible, we need your help.
